fuhuoyon shengehan feishu一ehul-氟化盐生产废水处理(t reatment of wastewa-ter from fluoride salt produetion)除去氟化盐生产过程中产生的废水中的氟和其他有害物质，使之达到排放标准或可以回用的过程。从萤石中制取的冰晶石(Na3AIF。)、氟化铝(AIF3)和氟化镁(MgFZ)等氟化盐是冶炼铝和镁的重要熔剂和助剂。氟化盐生产过程产生的废水包括:含低浓度氢氟酸、氟化物和悬浮物的真空泵水冷器排水，设备和地面冲洗水，石膏母液，含高浓度氢氟酸、氟化物、硫酸盐和悬浮物的各种氟化盐产品母液。含氟酸性废水一般用石灰乳进行中和反应生成氟化钙和硫酸钙等沉淀物，经沉淀后上清液外排或回用，沉渣经浓缩过滤后堆存或再经干燥成为石膏产品。在干旱地区，含氟酸性废水可送往石膏堆场，利用石膏中过剩的Ca(OH):中和，废水在堆场内澄清后回用。 (赵启明)
