即尿液不透明。正常新排出的尿液多为透明，放置后可出现微量絮状沉淀，新鲜尿液发生混浊，可见于：①尿酸盐沉淀：浓缩的酸性尿冷却后，可有淡红色的尿酸盐析出，此种沉淀加热或加碱时皆可溶解。②磷酸盐和碳酸盐沉淀：浓缩的碱性或中性尿排出体外，可有磷酸盐或碳酸盐析出，呈白色，加酸可溶解，碳酸盐沉淀遇酸还可生气泡。③脓尿或菌尿：如尿内含有大量白细胞、脓细胞及细菌等炎性渗出物时，刚排出则可混浊。菌尿呈云雾状，静置后不下沉；脓尿放置后可有白色云絮状沉淀。此种尿液不论加热或加酸，混浊皆不退。
