即尿液不透明。正常新排出的尿液多为透明,放置后可出现微量絮状沉淀,新鲜尿液发生混浊,可见于:①尿酸盐沉淀:浓缩的酸性尿冷却后,可有淡红色的尿酸盐析出,此种沉淀加热或加碱时皆可溶解。②磷酸盐和碳酸盐沉淀:浓缩的碱性或中性尿排出体外,可有磷酸盐或碳酸盐析出,呈白色,加酸可溶解,碳酸盐沉淀遇酸还可生气泡。③脓尿或菌尿:如尿内含有大量白细胞、脓细胞及细菌等炎性渗出物时,刚排出则可混浊。菌尿呈云雾状,静置后不下沉;脓尿放置后可有白色云絮状沉淀。此种尿液不论加热或加酸,混浊皆不退。
