性质:来源于绿豆芽的核酸酶。将单链DNA降解为5′端带磷酸基团的单核苷酸或寡核苷酸。双链DNA、双链RNA及DNA与RNA杂交体对此酶相对不敏感。但此酶大量时也能将双链核酸完全降解。其物理性质及催化性质与S1核酸酶相似,但绿豆核酸酶的作用比S1酶更温和。用于使DNA突出端变为平端。
