   以匀速转动系统为参考系时附加于系统内物体的惯性力。又称惯性离心力。设此旋转系统的角速度为ω,静止在这系统内的物体,如其质量为m,离转轴的距离为r,则从惯性系来看,客观存在一个其值为mrω2的向心力迫使该物体转动;而从随之转动的非惯性系来看,该物体保持静止,要附加一个和向心力大小相等、方向相反的力,以维持表观的平衡。此力即惯性离心力。如果物体在此非惯性系内以v运动,则还受到和vω有关的另一种惯性力支配,即科里奥利力。
