初乳
colostrum;foremilk
产后7天所分泌的乳汁，由于含有β胡萝卜素故色黄，含蛋白质及有形成分较多故质稠。开始3天内乳房中乳汁尚未充盈之前，每次喂乳亦可吸出初乳2～20ml。初乳中含蛋白质量比成熟乳多，尤其是分泌型IgA(SIgA），曾被称为出生后最早获得的口服免疫抗体。脂肪和乳糖含量则较成熟乳少。
