电热破碎岩石
rock breaking with electric heating

  d心阵e因sui yans厅电热破碎岩石(roek breaking with electrich-eating)利用电流通过岩石的热力破碎岩石方法。强大的电流通过岩石块的中心,使它中心部分膨胀而导致岩石破碎。由于岩石为非导体,所以电热破碎分两步,先是将岩石电击穿,然后通人大的电流加热使岩块破裂。 工频电源击穿岩石要用很高的电压,一般需数千到数万伏电压;若用高频电(。.5~10MHz),则可降低击穿电压。岩石被击穿后,电阻大幅度下降,这时电源须有自动限制电流的装置,不因电流过大而毁坏;或切换高频电为工频电源. 击穿阶段时间很短,从几秒到lmin左右;加热阶段,视岩石性质和尺寸不同,需2~IOmin左右.电热破碎用在石英磁铁矿、铜矿石等破大块上,是一种颇有前景的方法。 (赖海辉)
