胭脂菜 一名落葵或藤菜，属落葵科植物。各地农村篱间常有栽培，一年生的缠绕草本，长达丈许，叶互生，肥厚，全株肉质，可作菜蔬。果实球形，熟时紫黑色，可作食品染料，民间常以糖脯后，用麻蔌果渍汁印在糕团上，故称"烟脂"。
