性质:经铬酸盐处理后金属表面上形成的转化膜。铬酸盐膜对基体金属有一定的保护作用。此层膜的主要组分是三价铬与六价铬的化合物,以及基底金属的铬酸盐。三价铬与六价铬之比一般是28:8,六价铬越多,膜的耐蚀性越高。膜层为含水的复合物,可用Cr2O3·CrO2·xH2O表示。当加热到80℃以上,膜层会失水而产生大量毛细裂纹。耐蚀性激减。视不同的处理方法,膜可呈现透明或褐、棕黄、紫、黑等颜色。
