鲜奶500克,明胶15克,蛋清200克,朗姆酒10克,黄桃、柠檬香精少许。
[制作流程]
1.鲜奶打发,加打发蛋清,再加入溶化明胶。
2.拌入杂果加朗姆酒、柠檬香精。
3.进冰箱冷冻,取出装饰,切片黄桃涂上水果光亮剂即可。
注意事项:打发鲜奶时不宜过硬。
