性质:利用热浸渗铝方法改善耐蚀性和耐热性的钢。具体做法是将钢制件浸没于熔融铝浴中完成的,方法简单,易于连续作业。但因铝的熔点高达660℃,待渗铝的钢件需要进行前处理和活化处理,并要防止铝的氧化。钢板、钢带和线材均可进行表面渗铝,渗铝层的厚度可达0.05mm。一般渗铝钢的耐热温度可达700℃,其热反射性能也很好,可将75%左右的辐射热反射掉。渗铝钢可用于马弗炉、局部加热装置、采暖炉等。
