本文针对火电厂使用的七种具有代表性的典型煤种产生的烟气酸露点温度进行研究,对比了脱硫前后烟气酸露点温度以及脱硫后烟气加装气气换热器(GGH)与不设GGH情况下的酸露点温度,讨论了影响酸露点的主要因素,筛选出了适用于计算脱硫后烟气酸露点温度的计算公式,分析了脱硫后烟气的腐蚀性,并结合技术、经济性等因素论证了燃煤电厂湿法脱硫装置加装和去掉GGH的利与弊,指出了在一般情况下,燃煤电厂湿法脱硫装置去掉GGH是可行的,此结论对燃煤电厂湿法烟气脱硫方案的制定和火电厂有关脱硫标准的修改具有一定的指导和参考作用。
