补充资料:贝塞麦转炉炼钢
通过炉底风嘴鼓入空气,将炉内铁水直接炼成钢的一种转炉炼钢法,由发明者的姓而得名。贝塞麦法靠鼓风(风压达2.5大气压)中的氧,使生铁的杂质(主要为硅、锰)和少量铁氧化,并靠氧化放出的热量使钢水温度升高到出钢的要求。贝塞麦转炉炉衬为硅质耐火材料,由于无法造碱性渣以去除生铁中的磷、硫,而使它所用的原料来源受到限制,现已被淘汰。
