鲜蘑菇500克,番茄250克,植物油50克,白糖30克,精盐,味精,黄酒各适量。
制法: (1)鲜蘑菇洗净,去蒂,入沸水锅中略焯后捞出,沥净水,番茄洗净后切成块。
(2)炒锅上中火,放油烧热,下番茄炒透,炒稠,放入鲜蘑菇,加白糖,黄酒,味精,精盐,清水,烧沸后将锅移小火上,烧入味即成。
特点: 色泽鲜艳,味美可口,健脾开胃,生津止渴。
