注射成型每一循环中,塑件必须准确无误地从模具的凹模中或型芯上脱出,完成脱出塑件的装置称为脱模机构,也称顶出机构或脱模装置.

脱模机构设计一般应遵循下述原则:
1. 塑件滞留于动模边, 以便借助于开模力驱动脱模装置,完成脱模动作,致使模具结构简单.
2. 防止塑件变形或损坏,正确分析塑件对模腔的粘附力的大小及其所在部位,有针对性地选择合适的脱模装置,使推出重心与脱模阴力中心相重合由于塑料收缩时包紧型芯,因此推出力应施于逆件刚性和强度最大的部位,作用面积也应尽可能大一些以防塑件变形或损坏.
3. 力求良好的塑件外观,,在选择顶出位置时,应尽量设在塑件内部或对塑件外观影响不大的部位在采用推杆脱模时,尤其要注意这个问题.
4. 结构合理可靠,脱模机构应工作可靠,运动灵活,制造方便,更换容易,,且具有足够的强度和刚度.
