性状描述:白色结晶性粉末。熔点144-148℃。易溶于水,溶于乙醇,不溶于乙醚、氯仿。味咸,极易吸潮。

生产方法:由γ-丁内酸开环而得。将氢氧化钠在搅拌下溶于水中,于50-60℃滴加γ-丁内酯,加毕,继续保温搅拌2h,加活性炭脱色40min,过滤,滤液减压深缩至干,加乙醇搅拌成浆状,过滤,用少量乙醇洗涤,80℃以下干燥,得γ-羟基丁酸钠。收率90%。

用途:全身麻醉药。适用于神经外科、妇产科、整形外科、头颈及四肢部们的外科物术等。
