Methods The nano-HA was used as the core carrier to load gentamicin (GM) and coated with poly(-hydroxybutyrate-co-hydroxyvalerate)/polyethylene glycol (PHBV/PEG), which was degradable and biocompatible, to prepare nano-HA-PHBV/PEG-GM microsphere.
