一、产品性能:

fas 是一种优秀的纸浆漂白剂,可用于还原漂白,适合废纸脱墨浆的漂白;

三、使用方法

将 fas 纸浆漂白剂粉末制成水溶液加入到纸浆中,在碱性条件下进行漂白,用量取决于纸浆性质的不同,一般每吨纸浆的用量为 0.3% ~ 0.6% 。

工艺条件一般为:

1 、 fas 用量: 0.5%

2 、 naoh 用量: naoh:fas=1:2( 质量比)

3 、 ph 值: 8.8---9.0

4 、漂白时间与温度: 80°c 时,有效漂白时间最短 30 分钟;漂白温度低 时,一般可通过延长漂白时间来补偿。
