gaowen heJ一nq旧nghuo高温合金强化戈intensifieation of supera一loy) 提高和增加高温合金材料耐热性和强度的方法和手段高温合金主要通过合金化和工艺强化两种方法进行强化。合金化是将合金元素添加到基体中。高温合金固溶强化、高温合金时效强化和高温合金晶界强化都属于合金化范畴的强化方法。另一种是通过新工艺使合金提高性能称为高温合金工艺强化。从合金晶体结构的强度观点出发,高温合金强化有3个基本特点:(l)提高位错在滑移面运动的阻力,也即是增加滑移式变形机构的变形抗力。(2)减缓位错的扩散型运动过程,以抑制扩散形变机构的进行。(3)改善晶界结构状态,以增强晶界强化作用,或取消晶界,以消除晶界在高温时的薄弱环节。 (】马培立{)
