Gezhongwu ore zone of Xinhua phosphorite deposit is one of the most important phosphor and RE enrichment zone in Zhijin County of Western Guizhou.

By conclude and summarize the former research about the chemical component, trace elements, isotope, organic geochemical characteristic and other aspects, it made a basic fundamental analysis to the formation environment and its mechanism of phosphorite in Guizhou in this paper, and thought the formation of phosphorite has hot water joined deposition.
