性质:将含有多种组分的溶液,通过物理或化学的方法,使分子或离子成核制成溶胶,在一定条件下,再经凝胶化处理,获得多组分的复合相的凝胶体,经烧结后可获得所需组分的陶瓷基复合材料。采用溶胶凝胶法制备复合材料,通常有两种:一是先制得复合陶瓷粉末,经成型,烧结而获复合陶瓷材料;二是将复合的溶胶相经凝胶化合直接烧结制得整块陶瓷基复合材料。
