【植物形态】
单叶双盖蕨 多年生草本，高15～40厘米。根状茎细长，横走，被棕色披针形鳞片。叶远生，相距约1.5～3厘米；叶柄长8～15厘米，基部被棕色鳞片；叶片长披针形，长10～25厘米，宽2～3厘米，两端渐狭，全缘或呈波状，亚革质至草质，侧脉明显，分离，叉分，或2～3次叉分。孢子囊群线形，平行而直，着生在叉分细脉上，常两侧均有，多数生在叶的上半部，囊群盖同形，膜质。 生沟中阴湿酸性石上。分布华东、华南及西南等地。

①《福建中草药》："微苦，寒。" ②《湖南药物志》："苦涩，微寒，无毒。"
【功用主治】
凉血，止血，利尿通淋。治肺结核咳痰带血，热淋尿血，目赤肿痛。 ①《福建中草药》："清热凉血，利尿通淋。" ②《湖南药物志》："消食利尿，止血。" ③《贵州药植目录》："治咳嗽，腰痛。" ④《温岭县药物资源名录》："治目赤肿痛。"
【用法与用量】
内服：煎汤，3～5钱。外用：捣烂擦。
【选方】
①治肺结核咳血，肺热痰中带血：鲜篦梳剑一至三两，水煎服。(《福建中草药》) ②治热淋，尿血：鲜篦梳剑二至四两，水煎服。(《福建中草药》) ③治白喉：单叶双盖蕨五钱，水煎服。 ④治鸡爪风：单叶双盖蕨三至五钱，水煎服。 ⑤治吐血：单叶双盖蕨三钱，杉木尖五钱，乌泡尖二钱。水煎服。 ⑥治腰痛：单叶双盖蕨根一两，浸酒三日，内服；或用根一两，炖猪蹄食。 ⑦治小儿疳积：单叶双盖蕨一两，煮鸡蛋吃。 ⑧治脚癣：单叶双盖蕨叶捣烂，擦患处，擦后忌下水。(③方以下出《湖南药物志》)
