| 茯苓 常用的利水渗湿药。为多孔菌科寄生植物茯苓的菌核。多寄生于松科植物赤松或马尾松等树根上。主产于中国云南、安徽、湖北、湖南、四川等地区。茯苓味甘淡，性平。归心、脾、肾经。功能利水渗湿、健药材茯苓脾补中、宁心安神。主要用于水湿停滞，小便不利，水肿胀满，痰饮，心悸；或脾虚湿盛，体倦食少，腹胀肠鸣，大便溏泻；心脾不足，心悸，健忘，失眠等症。现代药理实验证明，茯苓具有缓慢而持久的利尿作用，还有提高体液免疫功能，镇静、降低眼内压等作用。
