火廓
火廓 人体部位名。指眼的八廓之一。系据自然界之物质现象而命名。见《银海精微》。又名离廓、离火廓、抱阳廓、胞阳廓。 ①《审视瑶函》以（气）轮上血脉丝络为凭，书中指出：“离属正南，络通小肠之腑，脏属于心。” ②《医宗金鉴·眼科心法要诀》：“内眦，大眦也，属离火”；即血轮之部位也（内眦上方），血轮属心，心与小肠为表里，故轮主藏为心病，廓主府为小肠病。《目经大成》卷一亦认为：“离为内眦，络通小肠。” ③《杂病源流犀烛》卷二十二：“离火廓，属心，位大小眦。” ④《张氏医通》卷八：“命门之府为火廓”，有名无位。 ⑤陈达夫《中医眼科六经法要》认为此廓位于白睛正上方，属小肠。由于历代对火廓有多种解释，故在临床上应结合全身情况，审证求因，辨证施治。
