做法
1)鸡切块。干墨鱼用温水泡软切块，火腿洗干净。
2)锅里放2勺油，把鸡块倒入煸炒，炒到微微发黄时，放入墨鱼、火腿、姜片，淋入一勺黄酒，继续翻炒，炒至水气微干。
3)倒入水，要没过材料3-4厘米。大火煮开，小火慢炖。一小时候后，放入泡好的粉丝，焖2分钟，入盐即可。
