牛柳粒炒杂菜粒
原料：牛肉半斤、杂菜粒一包.
佐料：盐、糖、酱油、黑椒粉(可因个人口味增减)、油、蒜茸(同黑椒粉)、鸡粉。
过程：
1．将牛肉切粒，若不善刀工者可在市场买的时候就请人代劳。用酱油、油、糖、生粉捞一捞。
2．用少少的油热一下锅，爆香蒜茸；
3．将牛肉粒倒进锅里，中火翻炒一分钟，加入黑椒粉、鸡粉，看牛肉转了颜色就可以装出来，不然牛肉会炒老；
4．不用再加油了，倒入杂菜粒(事先要过水)，翻炒一分钟，加一点盐；
5．加入牛肉粒再翻炒1-2分钟；
6．大功告成，上盘。
温馨提示
杂菜粒在一些比较大型的超市里会有配好一包一包售卖的，可以挑选自己喜欢的口味，做菜前只需将其用开水泡一泡就可以了。油不用放得太多，只在开始放上两锅铲就够了，以健康为主。
