对于我国传统常用的塑料模具钢,已有很多书藉资料作过详细的论述,本节主要介绍我国近年研制和从国外引进并已在生产中推广使用的塑料模具钢。 一、渗碳型塑料模具用钢 渗碳型塑料模具用钢主要用于冷挤压成形的塑料模。为了便于冷挤压成形,这类钢在退 火态须有高的塑性和低的变形抗力,因此,对这类钢要求有低的或超低的含碳量,为了提高模具的耐磨性,这类钢在冷挤压成形后一般都进行渗碳和淬回火处理,表面硬度可达58~62HRC。 此类钢国外有专用钢种,如瑞典的8416、美国的P2和P4等。国内常采用工业纯铁(如DT1和DT2)、20、20Cr、12CrNi3A和12Cr2Ni4A钢,以及国内最新研制的冷成形专用钢 0Cr4NiMoV(LJ)。现介绍两个典型钢种。 (一)0Cr4NiMoV(LJ)钢 1. 化学成分:表3-3是LJ钢的化学成分。 表3-3 LJ钢的化学成分(质量分数) (%)
