The deflection angle of tapered roller bearings is one of the most important parameters in design and application of rolling mill bearings.
针对轧机轴承的偏斜角在其设计及应用中的重要性,以单列圆锥滚子轴承在额定动载荷作用下、偏斜角为2′时求得的接触应力和接触变形为已知条件,应用Hertz理论,提出求解轧机用重型四列圆锥滚子轴承偏斜角的方法,为轧机轴承的设计提供了理论依据。

Elastohydrodynamic lubrication(EHL) theory was applied to investigate the effect of inner lubrication behavior on service-life of the rolling mill bearings under heavy load,and the approaches to increase service-life via improving lubrication capacity were analyzed with oil film parameter theory and correction life theory.
采用弹性流体动力润滑理论分析了润滑对重载轧机轴承使用寿命的影响,并用油膜参数理论和修正寿命理论研究了改善润滑、提高使用寿命的途径。
