To defoam with blower fan in connection with defoamer,the foam that cannot be naturally eliminated in the black liquor can be led into the black liquor by differential pressure,and then naturally defoamed with defoamer,and the remnant foams after defoaming can be sucked with the blower fan and further treated in a seperator.
用风机与消泡器结合消泡,黑液内未能自然消除的泡沫借助压差引入黑液槽,用消泡器集中消泡,经消泡器消泡后的残余泡沫用风机抽吸通过气水分离器进一步处理。

性质: 利用压缩空气或蒸汽的搅拌器。当将压缩空气或蒸汽通入液体时,就因鼓泡而发生搅拌作用。当该液体需要加热时,通入蒸汽更为恰当。置于液体中的起泡器,通常由水平的直管或环形管组成,管上有3~6mm的小孔,压缩空气或蒸汽由孔中逸出时即鼓泡搅拌液体。设备简单,特别适用于化学腐蚀性强的液体。但搅拌效率低,消耗动力多,且须注意液体不与空气或蒸汽发生作用,以免引起损失。
