在制备奶粉的喷雾干燥作业中,同时喷入适当的卵磷脂。这样制造出来的奶粉即可大大提高其可湿性,使其形成快溶、易溶、无凝结的块状物,食用起来特别方便。
制作方法
1.一种含固体11.9%、脂肪3.2%的牛奶,经巴氏杀菌处理后,蒸发浓缩到含固体45%
2.把这种浓缩物按每小时产出620千克奶粉进行喷雾干燥。在这种作业过程中,用一种浓度为6%的卵磷脂溶液与上述浓缩物同时进行喷雾,卵磷脂的喷入量,以每小时所产620千克奶粉产品中含卵磷脂1.75千克为宜。这样制得的奶粉即为速深奶粉。
产品特点 奶粉产品在水中只要稍加搅拌,不到15秒种即可完全均匀溶解,没有任何凝结的块状产生,能显著提高食用价值。
