多普勒超声法
为超声诊断方法的一种。由双片探头接受连续超声回声,转成电信号,经低频放大后作监听用;亦可外接示波器,供波形观察及摄影;接心电图记录仪,则可摘记下信号的包络曲线。另外,还可用以探测胎动、胎盘杂音和脐带杂音。常用的多普勒超声诊断仪可探测胎心,较胎心听筒可更早听到胎心,一般于妊娠12周以后即可探测到。
