The scavenging effect of different extracts from Capparis spinosa fruit on DPPH free radical was investigated in this paper.
以石油醚、甲醇、乙酸乙酯和水作为提取溶剂,用冷浸法提取刺山柑果实中化学成分,采用DPPH自由基清除法测定提取物的体外抗氧化活性,研究刺山柑果实不同溶剂提取物清除DPPH自由基的作用。

【来源】
为芸香科植物异叶花椒的枝叶或种子。
【植物形态】
异叶花椒 常绿灌木。小枝粗糙，红褐色，刺极少。单叶互生；叶片披针形，革质，长5～7厘米，宽2～3厘米，先端渐尖，基部楔形，边缘有波状浅齿。总状花序腋生，小花有梗。蒴果卵形，外表红褐色，成熟时顶端开裂。种子卵形，黑色，光滑。 生于灌木林中。
【采集】
全年可采。
【性味】
《贵州草药》："辛，温，有小毒。"
【功用主治】
①《贵州草药》："燥湿杀虫.治脚气痛。" ②《广西药植名录》："种子：治眼翳膜。"
【用法与用量】
外用：煎水洗。
【选方】
治脚气痛：羊山刺五两，煎水洗患处。(《贵州草药》)
