性质:几何异构体的一种。如处于双键每个碳原子上的两种取代基不同,就会存在两种构型(见图)。按取代基顺序规则,若a>b,c>d,即优先顺序的取代基在双健的同一侧,称顺式构型,用Z表示;否则称反式构型,用E表示。顺、反构型异构体的物理、化学性质有很大不同。例如从又键平面伸出的两个基(或长链)处于双键平面同侧的顺式1,4-聚丁二烯是橡胶(即顺丁橡胶),反之则称反式1,4-聚丁二烯是结晶性塑料。
