性质:一种几何异构体。同一组成的化合物,因配体(或基团)在空间的位置不同产生的一类最常见的几何异构体。MA2B2型的任何配位化合物中,若AA处于相邻位置则为顺式异构体,若AA占对角线位置则为反式异构体(trans-isomer)。正八面体结构的MA2B4或MA3B3型配合物中,AA或AAA相邻时为顺式,否则为反式异构体。同一物质的顺、反异构体的性质是不同的,如顺式二氯二氨合铂(顺-[Pt(NH3)2Cl2])是橙黄色粉末,溶解度(25℃)为0.2523g,能与乙二胺反应生成二氯化(二氨)(乙二胺)合铂[Pt(en)(NH3)2]Cl2,而反式二氯(二氨)合铂(反-[Pt(NH3)2Cl2])是鲜黄色的八面体结晶,溶解度(25℃)0.0366g,不与乙二胺发生化学反应。
