性质:又称取代固溶体。固相溶剂中部分质点被熔质质点取代而成的固态溶液。通常两物质结构类型相同,价数相同,化学性质相似,置换质点大小相似时易于形成置换固溶体。按置换程度可分为连续固溶体和有限固溶体两类。形成无限固溶体时质点大小(离子半径大小)之差一般<15%。例如Cr3+和Al3+可无限置换成铬刚玉,而Mg2+只能有限地置换CaO晶格中的Ca2+,形成有限固溶体。
