性质:将合金加热到单相固溶体相区内,在适当的温度,保持适当的时间,使过剩相充分溶解到固溶体中,随后迅速冷却到室温,以获得过饱和固溶体。该处理后为时效处理做组织准备。铝合金、高温合金、铜合金、钛合金、镁合金和不锈钢,通过固溶处理达到预期目的,如固溶强化、消除铸态组织上的析出物,减少脆性、提高耐腐蚀性等。
