熟地黄、枸杞子各20克，甘菊花10克，鸡脯肉100克，粳米60克，细盐、生姜末、味精、葱花各适量。
◆怎么样做呢：
将鸡脯肉洗净，剁肉泥，备用；将熟地黄等3味中药水煎2次，取汁，备用；
粳米洗净，放沙锅内，加入药汁与鸡脯肉，文火煨粥，粥成时加入细盐、葱花、生姜末与味精调匀，再煮片刻即成。
◆怎么吃最有效：
