Using Pb(Ac)_(2) and(Na_(2)SeSO_(3)) as Pb source and Se source respectively,the self-made quaternary ammonium salt of 2-undecyl-1-dithioureido-ethyl-imidazoline(SUDEI) as surfactant,PbSe nanocrystals with different morphology were synthesized by a solvothermal method in the medium of ethanol and distillated water.
L-1,反应温度150℃,反应时间12h,可制得分散较好的粒径约50~100 nm的四方形硒化铅纳米晶。
