In order to successfully solve the cementing problem,based on the geologic characteristics of Beiyuan,this paper study high-density slurry on weighing agent,additive,channeling prevention,anti-sodium,design principle and matters sides which will be regarded.
针对柴达木盆地北缘地区油气水层分布段长、压力异常的固井难点 ,从加重剂、外加剂、防窜性、抗盐性等方面对高密度水泥浆进行了系统研究 ,提出了设计高密度水泥浆的原则和要注意的问题及对加重剂性能的要求 ,筛选出了合适的具有良好防窜性能的降失水剂 ,形成了一套适合柴达木盆地北缘地区固井的高密度防窜水泥浆体系。

In this paper, solving methods to gas well cementing are presented, anti-channeling cement additives are selected based on analyzing the necessary conditions for the anti-channeling cement slurry sys.
根据防气窜水泥浆体系应满足的条件,对防窜水泥浆外加剂进行了选择,筛选出了具有良好防窜性能的G302水泥浆体系,对防窜水泥浆体系性能进行了评价,形成了以采用G302防窜水泥浆为主,配合采用双凝水泥和“三压稳”为辅的综合防窜技术,提出了以JSS-1冲洗液配合NCH-2隔离液为主的适合低压易漏条件下提高顶替效率的技术措施。

This paper aims to cementing challenges to development well in Fuyang reservoir, on the basis of analysis of channeling in the annulus and loss during cementing, and requirement of protecting reservoir in low-permeability oil fields, carry out the study on cementing technologies such as anti-channeling, leak protection and cementing design optimization.
本文针对扶杨油层开发井固井难点,在对固井过程中环空水泥浆漏失与窜槽原因分析的基础上,结合低渗透油田对油层保护的要求,从防漏、防窜及固井施工方案优化设计等方面开展了固井技术研究。
