性质:溶蓝色带红光粉状,为不稳定α型铜酞菁颜料。不溶于水、乙醇和烃类;溶于浓硫酸,呈橄榄色溶液,稀释后呈蓝色沉淀。色泽鲜艳耐晒,耐热性能优良,着色力强,为普鲁士蓝的数倍、拜青的20余倍。工业上制得的粗酞菁蓝结晶属β型,β型缺乏蓝绿色调的着色力,必须用硫酸处理,使之成为α型。

制备方法:以三氯化苯为溶剂、钼酸铵为催化剂,由邻苯二甲酸酐与尿素及氯化亚铜进行缩合,用水蒸气蒸馏回收三氯化苯,经压滤、漂洗制得粗酞菁,然后经酸、碱液处理精制,再过滤、研磨及后处理等过程而制得产品。原料消耗(kg/t)苯酐 990尿素 1460硫酸(100%) 790发烟硫酸(104.5%) 70三氯化苯 360二甲苯 150烧碱(100%) 720氯化亚铜 185钼酸铵 12拉开粉 33苯二甲酸二丁酯 17邻二氯苯 1精盐 7

用途:用于印刷油黑、印铁油墨、油漆、水彩和油彩颜料,以及涂料印花、橡胶、塑料制品等的着色。
