性状描述:溶蓝色带红光粉状,为不稳定α型铜酞菁颜料。不溶于水、乙醇和烃类、溶于浓硫酸,呈橄榄色溶液,稀释后呈蓝色沉淀。色泽鲜艳耐晒,耐热性能优良,着色力强,为普鲁士蓝的数倍、拜青的20余倍。工业上制得的粗酞菁蓝结晶属β型,β型缺乏蓝绿色调的着色力,必须用硫酸处理,使之成为α型。

生产方法:以三氯化苯为溶剂;钼酸铵为催化剂,由邻苯二甲酸酐与尿素及氯化亚铜进行缩合,用水蒸气蒸馏回收三氯化苯,经压滤;漂洗制得粗酞菁,然后经酸;碱液处理精制,再过滤;研磨及后处理等过程而制得产品。
