In this paper,with the aim of simplifying the operation of NC lathe,we describe the function and features of NC-plain compatible lathe,including the multi-operation mode.
以车床为对象,以简化数控车床的操作性为目标,论述了数普兼容式车床的功能和特点,并在普通车床的数控化改造过程中,通过对车床多操作方式的设计,包括改造车床的结构、在数控系统中增加图形编程模块以及改变数控系统中部分信号量的输入输出方式,来实现车床数普兼容的操作功能。
