性质:也称电动进样。在高效毛细管电泳法中,将毛细管柱入口端插入样品溶液,出口端插入缓冲溶液,对柱管两端施加电压,样品溶液在电场的作用下进入到毛细管中。在毛细管、缓冲液及样品确定时,进样量取决于进样电压及进样时间。电迁移进样的优点是不需附加装置;当毛细管中有凝胶或黏度大的介质,无法采用其他进样方式(如加压进样等)时,更显示其突出作用。缺点是对样品溶液中离子型组分有歧视效应,因而进样准确性差。
