应用UV、FT-IR、GPC和GC-MS研究了不同制备方法提纯的慈竹磨木木质素(milledwoodlignin,MWL)的结构特性,结果表明慈竹木质素属于愈疮木醇-芥子醇-对香豆醇(GSH)型木质素,竹木质素侧链含有少量的α_β碳碳双键,慈竹中含有数量相当多的紫丁香基结构单元,且紫丁香基结构单元的含量高于愈疮木基结构单元的含量;慈竹木质素含有酯键,主要是对-香豆酸的羧基与酚羟基发生酯化反应生成的。

慈竹介绍 慈竹 (Dendrocalamus affinnis) 科属:
禾本科

别名:
义竹、慈孝竹、子母竹

形态特征:
秆高5—10m,径3—6cm,顶端细长作弧形或下垂如钓丝状,节间长达60cm,贴生长2mm的灰褐色脱落性小刺毛,箨环明显,在秆基数节者其上下各有宽5—8mm的一圈紧贴白色绒毛。箨鞘革质,背面贴生棕黑色刺毛,先端稍呈山字形;箨耳不明显,狭小,呈皱折状,鞘口具长12mm细毛;箨舌高4—5mm,中央凸起成弓形,边缘具流苏状纤毛;箨叶直立或外翻,披针形,先端渐尖,基部收缩成圆形,腹面密被白色小刺毛,背面之中部亦疏生小刺毛。

分布与习性:
广西、湖南、湖北、云南、四川、陕西。慈竹,又名义竹、慈孝竹、子母竹。丛生,根窠盘结,竹高至两丈许。新竹旧竹密结,高低相倚,若老少相依,故名。鄂东民间叫丛竹。这种竹内实而节疏,性弱可以代藤用,其形紧而细,一丛几十根,即令数百根,笋不外迸,只向里生。五、六月长笋,明年方成竹,其笋不堪食。

应用:
秆材可编织竹器及建筑用材、造纸。
