性质:含有一定量锰的钢。锰是良好的脱氧剂和脱硫剂。一定数量的锰能减弱钢因硫所引起的热脆性,可改善钢的热加工性。锰和铁形成固溶体,提高钢中铁素体和奥氏体强度。它又是碳化物形成元素,进入渗碳体中取代一部分铁原子。锰降低临界转变温度从而使珠光体细化、强化。锰扩大r相区,形成奥氏体组织能力仅次于镍。它强烈增加钢的淬透性。含锰量较高的钢有晶间粗化倾向,增加钢的回火敏感性。
