材料:
熟马铃薯3个·番茄1个·小的西葫芦1条(可用小黄瓜替代)·盐·胡椒·蒜瓣1个·乳酪50克·大略剁碎的九层塔2汤匙·法式鲜乳酪1汤匙·热水2汤匙
做法:
1、将烤箱以180℃预热。剥去熟马铃薯的皮,清洗并处理西洋丝瓜和番茄,将马铃薯、西洋丝瓜和番茄切成薄片状。把去了皮的蒜瓣剁碎,乳酪大略切成丁。
2、在适合放入烤箱的容器中,摆上一层马铃薯,然后铺西洋丝瓜片和番茄片,并撒九层塔和碎蒜瓣,之后将剩余的马铃薯片像屋瓦般铺在上面,再摆上乳酪。将法式鲜乳酪混合水,调匀后,淋在焗料上。
3、将蔬菜焗放入烤箱中,以160℃烤30分钟,至呈金黄色
