类脂 lipid 用弱极性的脂肪性溶剂。如乙醚、石油醚、苯、氯仿等从动植物组织中萃取出的不溶于水的物质,都可称为脂肪类物质。广义地讲,一切脂肪类物质皆可称为类脂物质;狭义地讲,则指除油脂和蜡以外的脂肪类物质,其中最重要的有磷脂,它主要是含有磷酸衍生物的脂肪酸甘油酯。 |
