In order to find high biological active pesticide, eighteen novel aroyl thioureas and aryloxyacetyl ones have been synthesized by the reaction of 5-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-carboxylic acid with aroyl isothiocyanates and aryloxyacetyl isothiocyanates, with their structure confirmed by IR, 1H NMR spectra and elemental analysis.

性质:已知的有通式为RCON-HCONH2的单酰基脲和通式为CO(NHCOR)2的二酰基脲,其中有的属于环状酰脲,如乙二酰脲(又称仲班酸,parabanic acid)、马来酰脲(巴比土酸)、丙醇二酰脲、丙酮二酰脲(四氧嘧啶)等。一般为白色固体。加热时不熔化而分解。与酸不形成盐。环状酰脲有烯醇形互变异构,而呈弱酸性,能制成金属盐;在苛性碱的作用下,即分解为酸与尿素。二羧酸的环状脲基酸,以苛性碱水解时,首先变成脲基酸,进一步分解为酸与尿素。 一般般制法:(1)以酰氯或酸酐作用于尿素,即可生成单酰脲;(2)以光气作用于酰胺,即脱去HCl而得二酰脲;(3)二羧酸与尿素在二氯氧化磷(POCl3)作用下,即生成环状酰脲。用于有机合成。
