性质: 以氧化锆陶瓷为固体电解质的一种高温型氢/氧或氢-CO/空气燃料电池。ZrO2(以Y2O3或CaO稳定)在800~1000℃时是一种氧离子导体,在ZrO2薄膜的两边涂以多孔导电物质,作为正、负电极。正极中氧在高温下离子化成为氧离子,它迁移通过ZrO2薄膜,与负极的氢和CO化合,分别生成H2O和CO2,同时输出电流。由于工作温度高达1000℃,电催化等问题不突出,如果充分利用余热,总的能量效率可达60%~65%,但材料的高温腐蚀问题不易解决。该燃料电池已进行过10~100kW级成套电池试运行。
