原料:黑米粉、普通面粉、发酵粉、糖、各类坚果
做法:
1、黑米粉和普通面粉各半
2、发酵粉加糖用温开水化开(发酵粉量比平时多一些,糖的分量依各人口味)
3、将2分次倒入1中和成稀软的面团
4、放在温暖的地方发酵(要发得老一些)
5、倒入垫了屉布的蒸锅中,撒上坚果,蒸30分钟
6、出锅,晾凉后切块食用
